Warranty Coverage at Northwest Equipment
At Northwest Equipment, we believe buying equipment should come with confidence. That’s why we back qualifying machines with clear, straightforward warranty coverage designed to protect your investment and eliminate surprises.
Pre-Owned Equipment Limited Warranty
Qualifying pre-owned farm, construction, and heavy equipment includes our 3-Month / 150-Hour Limited Warranty, beginning on the date of delivery. Coverage remains active for three (3) calendar months or one hundred fifty (150) operating hours, whichever comes first.
This warranty covers major mechanical failures involving engine and drivetrain components that were not disclosed prior to sale.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear and routine maintenance items
- Cosmetic imperfections
- Electrical accessories and non-essential components
- Hydraulic hoses, seals, filters, belts, fluids, batteries, and consumables
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications
If a covered issue occurs, Northwest Equipment may repair the machine, replace defective components, or reimburse approved repair expenses at our discretion.
This warranty is non-transferable and expires once time or hour limits are reached. Unless otherwise stated in writing, equipment is sold AS IS beyond applicable warranty coverage.
New Equipment Factory Warranty
Most new equipment from trusted manufacturers such as John Deere, Kubota, Case IH, New Holland, and other leading brands includes standard factory warranty coverage.
Typical Factory Coverage Includes:
- 1–2 years of manufacturer protection
- Approximately 1,000–2,000 operating hours
- Engine and drivetrain components
- Hydraulic and electrical systems
- Parts and labor through authorized service providers
Extended Protection Plans
Extended warranty and equipment protection plans may be available for qualifying new and pre-owned equipment at the time of purchase.
- Coverage options of 3, 4, or 5+ years
- Protection available up to 3,000–5,000 operating hours
- Flexible plans based on machine type, age, and usage
